The room and toilet were great. Staff made an effort to smile and speak, and the concierge services were excellent. The breakfasts were good, beds were comfortable, and the security measure of showing your room card when using the lifts was appreciated. The location was perfect for those arriving via Eurostar.

We had a fantastic stay at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel. The room was comfortable and stylish, with a beautiful chaise longue, made it easy to relax. The bed was excellent, and we loved the clean and stylish features throughout the room. The TV channels were excellent, and the lighting was perfect. We also appreciated the nice tea and tasty biscuits provided.

Functionality of the room. First-class bedding. Discreet and elegant decoration. Perfect soundproofing. Perfect reception, efficient and smiling... The unique style of the building.

slow service at the bar and lack of attention from the staff... Poor ventilation in the bathroom, rather small for a 5 star hotel.

A rich breakfast buffet with a choice of 3 courses a la carte included in the formula - very good. Handsom Lounge also offers a very pleasant tea time. room is spacious and clean. Above all, clean venue.

The view from our room wasn't great (next door to the building). And we had the bad luck to fall during the week when the pool and sauna were under maintenance so we couldn't enjoy the Spa.

The superior bedroom lacked charm, the bathroom was basic. It was very cold in the bedroom. Afternoon tea at the Hansom Bar had no British touch. It was cold.

The staff was fantastic and offered great service. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to major train stations and easily accessible to public transportation.

The room was a bit worn out and could have been better maintained. There were some chips and signs of age that could have been taken care of.

location is perfect if you have to take the Eurostar to Paris or a train to the north of England or Scotland. bed is very comfortable, staff very attentive and building is impressive. It has been a luxury to spend a night in this hotel. It's my second time and I'll be back again if I can afford it.

We had an amazing stay at the St Pancras Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the internal station. The beds were cozy and the staff was helpful and friendly. Despite the occasional Wi-Fi issue and poor mobile signal, it made our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff quickly organized birthday balloons and a treat for my daughter's 21st. Afternoon tea was delightful with plenty to eat and tea refills. Bar gets crowded, so reserve a table. Our spacious twin room overlooked the library, making for a pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel is superb, as it is conveniently situated near the train stations, making it easy for travelers to access different modes of transportation. Additionally, the proximity to the Eurostar terminal allows for a convenient and hassle-free travel experience. The rooms are well-designed and comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious, equipped with large floor-standing bathtubs. The service is generally friendly and efficient, and guests have the option to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the 'Gilbert Scott' restaurant. the hotel offers great facilities and advantages for a comfortable stay.

There have been some issues with street noises that can be bothersome and disrupt a good night's sleep for certain rooms.

The location was perfect, just next to Kings Cross Metro station and the British library. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge and comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and polite, ensuring a great service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed exploring the beautiful building and watching the Gothic atrium.

The price of the coffee in the expensive restaurant was a bit steep.

We stayed at this hotel during Christmas and overall, we had a decent experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to transportation and attractions. The staff at the reception were friendly and cute, making us feel like special guests. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

the lack of hot water in the morning was a major inconvenience, which apparently happens often during weather changes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The building itself was astonishing and the public rooms were beautifully decorated. The staff at the reception were helpful and efficient, allowing me to check in early at 1 pm. The breakfast provided was good, although I was surprised to find that there was no semi-skinned milk available for cereal and tea, while there were other options like almond, soya, oat. The bed in my room was very comfortable. The gym and spa facilities were clean and quiet, and the staff, especially at reception, were very friendly. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was right next to the train and tube stations, making it easy to get around this city.

the restaurant offers a variety of special diet menus, which is a plus. the location advantage is noteworthy as well, it is very close to the train station.

The only minor issue with this hotel was the slow room service which took longer than expected despite the multiple requests for in-room breakfast.
